A stunning 4-bedroom bay-front villa tucked away in a peaceful bay on Sri Lanka's beautiful south coast. M- Beach House perfectly combines modern style with laid-back luxury. Think walled gardens, open verandas, and a gorgeous 20-meter lap pool.
The villa sits on an acre of lush lawns, palm trees, and tropical plants. With meals made with the freshest organic produce sourced directly from the garden and fruit straight from the trees on the property. Whether you're relaxing on one of the shady terraces, strolling through the flower garden, or cooling off in the pool, this villa was designed for unwinding in style.
The villa is just a 10-minute drive from both Tangalle and Hiriketiya. Nestled on Mawella Bay, one of Sri Lanka's most beautiful and safe swimming beaches, you'll also find plenty of boutique hotels, cozy cafes, and great restaurants nearby. But, if you want to spend an afternoon amongst Sri Lanka’s wildlife, the Kalametiya Lagoon Bird Sanctuary and turtle hatcheries are a stones’ throw away with the Ridiyagama Safari Park being a simple drive away.
Whether you're a family or a group of friends, this villa is perfect for up to eight guests. The property is designed with three pavilions surrounding the lap pool completed with a pool house with a fully equipped kitchen, alfresco dining area, lounge space and shower. The bay-front pavilion features the main guest bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, plus another guest room with its own ensuite. This pavilion also has indoor dining and living spaces, along with a guest kitchen that opens onto a veranda with stunning bay views.
Two additional guest bedrooms face the pool, both with ensuite bathrooms and space for a child if needed. The spacious Ambalama pavilion provides a relaxed, open-air space with seating and dining areas under a shady portico — ideal for long lunches, sunset drinks, or simply putting your feet up with a good book.
