A short drive will take you to the beautiful beaches of Negombo a Catholic settlement famous for its fishing trade, its expansive lake and network of old Dutch canals.

Apart from the gorgeous palm-fringed swimming pool, a heavenly spa, the garden restaurant and library, Wallawwa has eighteen tastefully designed bedrooms consisting of 03 Wallawwa Bedrooms, 12 garden Suites, 02 Family Suites and 01 Mountbatten Suite.

The restaurant and bar serves and exquisite array of cuisines throughout the day, using the finest local ingredients, and most fruits, vegetables and herbs are plucked daily from the extensive kitchen garden. The kitchen is open daily from 6:30am until 10:30pm. For departures earlier than 6:30am a packed breakfast can be organized and for late arrivals, by prior request, arrangements can be made for the kitchen to remain open. Experiences such as Sri Lankan cookery demonstration, tour of the Negombo fish market, Kite making for kids and Colombo city walking tours can be arranged on request.
